These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Brain Pulse. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and account

You must meet the minimum age and legal requirements applicable to you. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

2. Rewards

Brain Pulse may offer rewards for eligible activities such as rewarded advertisements, daily activities, quizzes, referrals and third-party offers. Reward amounts, availability and eligibility may change. Rewards are credited only after required verification and may be withheld or reversed when activity is invalid, duplicated, fraudulent, cancelled or otherwise fails the applicable offer requirements.

3. Offers and verification

Third-party offers may have additional conditions. For certain Super Offer tasks, Brain Pulse may check app installation and foreground usage using Android Usage Access, and may review screenshots or other proof you submit. You should review each task's requirements before starting. One person, account or device may be subject to provider offer limits.

4. Redemptions

Redemptions are subject to the minimum threshold, available balance, verification, payout method availability and any applicable provider requirements. Processing times may vary. We may request additional information when needed to process a payout or investigate suspicious activity.

5. Prohibited activity

You must not use automation, bots, multiple accounts intended to bypass limits, modified clients, fraudulent offer activity, misleading information, or any method intended to obtain rewards without completing the applicable requirements.

6. Account restrictions

We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, security risk, violation of these Terms, or where required to protect users or the service. Where appropriate, eligible legitimate balances may be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

7. Third-party services

Advertisements, offers, surveys, payout providers and other integrations may be operated by third parties. Their services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Brain Pulse is not responsible for independent changes or outages of third-party services.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep Brain Pulse available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued.

9. Account deletion

You may request account deletion at any time through our Account Deletion Request page. We aim to review requests within 1 to 3 working days. Certain records may be retained when legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting or transaction records.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
