Privacy Policy
Effective / last updated: September 24, 2026
Brain Pulse (“Brain Pulse”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a rewards application. Users can use Google sign-in, view rewarded advertisements, participate in available quizzes, daily activities and third-party offers, earn in-app coins or gems, refer friends, and request eligible redemptions. This policy describes information used to operate these features. Actual data use may also depend on the permissions you grant and the third-party services available in your app version.
1. Information we process
- Account information: email address, account identifier, display name and information you provide for your account.
- Rewards and transaction information: coins, gems, earning history, redemption requests, referral information and transaction metadata.
- Offer and activity information: offer/stage progress, offer app or package identifiers, installation and foreground-usage verification results where an offer requires them, and screenshots or other proof you submit for review.
- Device and technical information: device/app information and technical events needed to provide security, diagnostics, fraud prevention and app functionality.
- Notifications: if push notifications are enabled, the app may store a device push token and use it to deliver app-related notices.
- Support information: information you voluntarily send to us when contacting support.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide rewards and offers, process redemptions, maintain transaction records, prevent abuse and duplicate rewards, send requested notifications, provide customer support, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-party services
Brain Pulse uses Supabase for authentication and backend data services. The app also integrates rewarded-ad mediation (LevelPlay), third-party offer/ad providers and Firebase Cloud Messaging for push delivery. When you use these features, relevant data may be shared with the provider to provide, verify or secure that feature, subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policy. Payout details are used only as needed to handle the redemption method you choose. Review each provider's current privacy information for its own data practices.
4. Advertising and offers
Advertisements and third-party offers may be provided by external partners. Their collection and use of device or advertising information may be governed by their own policies. Reward availability can depend on the provider’s verification result and applicable offer rules.
5. Usage access and offer verification
Some Super Offer tasks may require you to install a named app and allow Android Usage Access so Brain Pulse can check whether the required app was installed and used for the task's stated duration. The app uses the relevant package name and foreground-usage duration/status for that verification. You can manage or revoke Usage Access in Android settings; doing so may prevent completion of tasks that require it. Do not grant this access unless you want to use those offer-verification tasks.
6. Redemptions and payout information
When you request a redemption, the app processes the selected method, requested amount, reward/transaction details and the payout information you submit (which may include UPI, bank transfer or gift-card delivery details, depending on options offered in your version). Sensitive payout details are intended to be stored in restricted backend systems and accessed only by authorized personnel or providers who need them to process the redemption.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and financial/reward records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type.
8. Account deletion
You can request deletion of your Brain Pulse account using the Account Deletion Request page. After submission, the request is reviewed. We aim to review requests within 1 to 3 working days. Some information may be retained where required by law, necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or maintaining legitimate transaction records.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Brain Pulse is not intended for children below the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can review the matter.
11. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of applicable personal information by contacting support@vexoralisoftware.in or using the account deletion page.
